Trent Allen is the new CEO at Tethon 3D

Global materials company Tethon Corporation (dba Tethon 3D), of Omaha Nebraska USA, has named Trent Allen to Chief Executive Officer, effective November 1, 2020. Allen has been with the company for over four years and was instrumental in doubling company revenues in 2020. He was most recently President of Tethon 3D and has a decade of experience in business development, enterprise sales and strategy.

Allen is also making an investment in Tethon 3D as the company explores future growth partnerships and funding opportunities. “I’m thankful for the opportunity to represent Tethon as Chief Executive Officer and make an investment in a company that I believe is on the precipice of extraordinary growth. I look forward to continuing the vision put forward by our founders,” Allen said
Previous CEO, Karen Linder, assumes the role of Executive Chairwoman for the Company and will continue active leadership and involvement in the business. “Trent has been a great leader contributing to increased sales, blue chip partnerships and growth of our materials portfolio. We are excited to have several new materials ready to launch before year’s end and also scale up production of custom formulations we’ve developed exclusively for our partners,” Linder said.
For those who don’t know the company,Tethon 3D was founded in Omaha, Nebraska in 2014 and is a member of the American Ceramic Society. Tethon 3D has been – and still is – a pioneer in ceramics 3D printing and manufactures ceramic powders and photo curable ceramic and iron polymers, specifically for 3D printing. Products include Tethonite, Porcelite, Castalite, Vitrolite, Flexalite and Ferrolite, which are all registered trademarks of Tethon 3D and covered by US Patents.
