The European SLS 3D printers manufacturer is expanding the scope of its operations. The 3D Printing Center is the answer to an increasing number of inquiries about printing unusual, individual projects using SLS 3D printers.
“In Sinterit we observe that more and more companies are looking into SLS 3D printing technology” – says Maxime Polesello, Sinterit’s CEO. “Small SLS is still an emerging branch of additive manufacturing with not too many players. Until now companies or individuals who would like to test this advanced technology had two options: companies have two options: to send files to one of the service centers or directly to the printer manufacturer. We are just making the second option more convenient and user-centric ” – adds Polesello.
Is it competition for other 3D printing centers?
Sinterit’s 3D Printing Center is not a competitor for other renowned service centers. It is the next step in implementing the company’s strategy which aims to make SLS 3D printing more available.
“Clients of Sinterit 3D Printing Center are still mostly the ones interested in buying an SLS 3D printer “- says Janusz Wróblewski, Sales Director in Sinterit. “We are making the process of getting to know the technology smoother and easier “- he adds.
Before launching 3D Printing Center people interested in the possibilities of Sinterit Lisa or Lisa PRO SLS 3D printers could order a free sample, an option still available, or send the dedicated, individual file. For the vast majority of companies, this was a key factor influencing the decision to buy a printer.
Who is in charge?
At the helm of the newly created department is Robert Garbacz.
“Robert is a well-known person in the SLS 3D printing world. In Sinterit almost from the company’s beginning, Robert was responsible for supporting clients and product training”. – says Maxime Polesello.
“It is hard to imagine a person with greater knowledge of Sinterit products, its possibilities, and what is most important, the user’s needs: – adds Maxime Polesello.
