SHINING 3D opens new office in Stuttgart, Germany
The new site spans 1,000 square meters

Chinese 3D printing and scanning company SHINING 3D has opened a new office in Stuttgart, Germany through its European subsidiary, SHINING 3D Technology GmbH. The new site spans over 1,000 square meters and will enable the company to expand its presence within Europe, offering its 3D scanning and additive manufacturing products and services to more customers.
SHINING 3D Technology GmbH was first launched in 2017 to offer the company’s portfolio of products to clients across Germany and Europe. The newly opened site that will house the SHINING 3D subsidiary consists of two showrooms, a reference production, spare parts supply, state-of-the-art training rooms and business departments, including sales, finance and marketing. The showrooms feature parts and products made using SHINING 3D’s plastic and metal AM technologies. Of particular note is the body of a Porsche 911, which is used to demonstrate the company’s scanning solutions to prospective clients.
“In addition to the scanning products, the new location enables us to present the entire process chain of additive manufacturing in an industry-oriented manner and to develop suitable solutions for our customers and partners promptly and competently,” said Xiaoping Huang, General Manager of SHINING 3D Technology GmbH. “In addition, due to the central location in the heart of southern Germany with numerous important companies and industries as well as the proximity to the airport and important motorways, we are close to our customers and partners.”
The new office will offer a free consultation service and in-house production of reference parts to ease the adoption of its technologies. It will also host training sessions for customers and their employees. It will also house a range of spare parts and consumables to ensure rapid availability for its European clients.
SHINING 3D Technology GmbH has 20 employees at the Stuttgart location, as well as a branch in Italy. Together, they support the entire EMEA region.
