SHINING 3D is expanding its additive manufacturing hardware line with the release of the new EP-M150 compact metal powder bed fusion 3D printer. The new versatile and compact printer was designed to provide support to the growing segment of small metal printing applications. Its compact size makes it the right tool for a myriad of industries including medical, dental, jewelry, and other small metal applications.

EP-M150 The EP-M150 was built from the ground up to be as convenient and efficient as possible. The printer is capable of printing 500 dental crowns using only 1 kg of powder, all while maintaining low gas usage and a high-material consumption rate. The design of the printer itself was made to be as convenient and easy to maintain as possible. Everything, from loading materials to printing parts has been simplified through SHINING 3D’s proprietary operating software. Once set up, the EP-M150 can print using a “one-key print” function; the entire print process can be analyzed using the printer’s internal smart network.

Boasting a compact size, new proprietary software, high material utilization rates, and a vast amount of security and convenience features, this printer applies everything SHINING 3D has learned about additive manufacturing in a truly efficient solution.
