PostProcess Technologies Presents Large Format Finishing for Additive Manufacturing

The SF DECI Rectangular is the only automated SF machine that has been specifically designed for additive parts. This next generation offering was created based on customer feedback and groundbreaking innovation from the PostProcess team. The SF DECI Rectangular integrates proprietary agitation algorithms into a system that is designed with a large chamber. It is capable of finishing parts printed with any additive technology and all additive materials. This technological advancement will be used for both higher volume production runs or for larger complex geometries. The SF DECI Rectangular offers a divided chamber that allows for two parallel production processes to occur independently, with different consumables, providing additional versatility to accommodate the rapid growth of the industry.

Beckhoff industrial PCs offer real time data acquisition to intelligently auto tune the machine operation with one-touch programming from start to stop.
