One Piece is the most successful manga series of all time, with over 450 million copies printed (2D) and in circulation worldwide. Fans of popular Japanese manga and animation One Piece were able to meet the One Piece characters 3D printed to life at the One Piece 20th Anniversary in various locations throughout Asia.

The manga series was created by Oda Eiichiro and has been published by Shueisha Publishings for over two decades. The story tells the adventures of young pirate Monkey D. Luffy who journeys with his crew the Straw Hat Pirates on a ship called Thousand Sunny to search for a famed treasure known as One Piece.

The 24 life-size characters were commissioned by Remake Works Co. and the One Piece Mugiwara store in Taiwan; they were 3D printed by Sid Installation Art studio using a Massivit 1800 Pro 3D printer. Some were as tall as 5 meters (16 feet), and the results are quite impressive. One Piece characters 3D printed
