The nūfood food 3D printer will be the main attraction of an event set to take place London next March 4th, showing off its unique combination of digital manufacturing and molecular gastronomy. Visitors can learn how to command a kitchen robot to make intense juicy flavor bursts for you and your friends.
Participants will enjoy an eight-course taster menu with a small group of other special guests. 3D printed food will enhance a menu that plays on traditional and contemporary British dining, all sourced from natural ingredients.
This relaxed and experimental evening will introduce guests to personalised 3D printing, allowing them to experience flavour, texture, colour and shape in a completely new way.
“We can’t wait to start experimenting with new flavours and create full dining experiences with nūfood! This little robot is so versatile and can be used to make intense flavour bursts, anything from palate cleansers to steaks to deserts” said Vaiva Kalnikaitė, Founder and CEO of Dovetailed, inventor of nūfood 3D printer
After a sell-out event in Cambridge, tickets are now available for London on 4th March: bit.ly/nufood_tasting
The nūfood robot was developed by Dovetailed, an award-winning user experience design studio and innovation lab based in Cambridge, UK. nūfood has already won multiple design and business innovation awards, including winning the Smart Kitchen Startup Showcase competition in Seattle, USA in October 2016.
With nūfood you can create intense juicy flavour bursts in a matter minutes. 3D print anything from a traditional raspberry to a stripy strawberry cream! Or how about a superberry that tastes of goji and acai berries, but smells like the Amazon rain forest?
