GoEngineer finalizes acquisition of Advanced RP

A new, larger hub is born for distribution of professional 3D printing products

GoEngineer acquired Advanced RP, Inc.’s Stratasys 3D Printing Sales and Support business. The operation was finalized on January 1st, 2019. GoEngineer is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, where it maintains a branch office and call center providing expanded hours of toll-free, centralized technical support and customer service to all customers.

The Utah-based distributor of professional 3D printing products, which has now over 200 employees across the US, is a well-established distributor of 3D-related products as well as knowledge. The company has been making big moves lately, by forming a partnership with Fathom in California and acquiring distribution of Nano Dimension electronic 3D printers, in addition to Desktop Metal and SolidWorks software.

Advanced RP

Full-service branch offices and certified training centers are maintained throughout California, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Utah, Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas. GoEngineer is a long-time industry veteran in supporting CAD design and 3D printing products.

GoEngineer will honor all annual support/maintenance agreements previously placed and paid for with Advanced RP, Inc. and will provide complete support moving forward. The company also brings a new toll-free technical support hotline staffed with fully certified support technicians and available for 11 continuous hours throughout the business day beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern time.

In addition, GoEngineer operates 17 training/support centers located throughout South Central and the Western U.S. for use by remote employees, contractors, partners, or other divisions of your company.
