Formnext introduces Whatsapp support

Just add the number and start a conversation to receive updates

During the fast approaching formnext 2018 edition, in order to cater to even more demand for support from a growing number of exhibitors and visitors, mesago is launching a Whatsapp-based support service.

This formnext 2018 edition is going to be another record-breaking show. More exhibitors and visitors than ever are expected as the AM industry’s growth continues and picks up even more momentum. Since it was launched by mesago and Frankfurt Messe to replace Euromold, the organizers have not missed a beat, making formnext a truly modern event for the most advanced and most digital segment of manufacturing.

In order to do this the show is leveraging the latest communication tools including instant messaging. To receive Whatsapp support you just need to add the following number to your contacts: +49 176 4343 8707. Once added, open WhatsApp and start a conversation by typing the word “support”.

You will get up to 6 notifications with the event highlights on each day of the event. The Formnext team is also available to answer your questions from 8 am – 8 pm CET. Of course, you can always unsubscribe from the service by just texting a message with “stop support”.
