Fillamentum Adds Sparkles With New PLA Extrafill Vertigo Galaxy Filament

Fillamentum is adding a new material to the company’s best selling PLA Extrafill Vertigo series. This new, elegant material adds some sparkles to the company’s  line of materials. Vertigo Galaxy is engineered for quality and superior galactic finish. The Fillamentum PLA Extrafill is a material for the FFF (also known as FDM) 3D printing technology.

The advantage of this material is that it can be used in 3D printers easily,as it allows a high quality of printing even in tricky details and an excellent lamination of the printed object. PLA filament is made of natural ingredients and is easily biodegradable by composting.

Fillamentum guarantees high-precision of filament dimensions within the tolerance of +/- 0,05 mm, which is strictly controlled throughout the production. Printing filaments reported on the marked under the trademark Fillamentum are produced in a wide variety of colors in accordance with the color charts RAL and Pantone, and also in own unique color ranges.

Located in south-east part of Czech Republic, in town Hulin, Fillamentum is the brand name for the filaments for 3D printing, developed and manufactured by company Parzlich s.r.o. The company was established in 2011 as plastic processing company with production of extruded profiles and tubes from high-performance, engineering or speciality polymers and serving high-demand markets in automotive, chemistry and packaging industry and medical business.

Fillamentum produces filaments in two diameters (1.75 and 2.85 mm), with spools weighting from 500 to 750 g. These include a wide range of materials, colors, and special limited editions, and are able to respond to specific customer demands. Portfolio includes classic polymers like ABS or PLA, as well as special materials such as ASA, HIPS, PVA, Flexfill and Timberfill.
