Evonik places all 3D printing products under a new brand name
Registered trademark now INFINAM

Evonik announced that its product range of ready-to-use 3D printing materials will henceforth be known under a new brand name: INFINAM®. This trademark applies to all of Evonik’s chemical products. The new name evokes the infinite potential of 3D printing with the company’s materials.
Evonik develops materials for additive manufacturing use. It focuses on plastics that can be used in binder jetting, material extrusion, powder bed fusion and vat polymerization. The company offers extensive services in the biomedical sector.
The new branding will use INFINAM as a prefix for all product names. All products, for example, based on thermoplastic copolyesters will be branded INFINAM® TPC. Other products, like those based on polyether ether ketones or thermoplastic amides will be respectively branded INFINAM® PEEK and INFINAM® TPA. All durable and impact-resistant photopolymers will be branded INFINAM® TI.
Products that concern the biomedical sector will, however, continue to be branded in the usual manner. VESTAKEEP® i4 3DF PEEK filaments and the RESOMER® product lines, which create plastic implants, will retain their branding. Such retention ensures that clients can identify medical products subject to strict manufacturing standards.
