Carbon Introduces Three New 3D Printing Materials Through DENTCA and DREVE Partnerships

Through two new partnerships with DENTCA and DREVE, Carbon is introducing three new dental 3D-printing-focused materials.

The first is DENTCA dentures, for the first FDA cleared 3D printed dentures. DENTCA dentures for Carbon printers is sold by DENTCA for use on Carbon printers in the United States, and available to produce 3D printed base and teeth. The solution is composed of two FDA-cleared (Class II) materials: DENTCA Denture Base II and DENTCA Denture Teeth. DENTCA Denture Try-in is also available as part of the solution for temporary fit evaluation before production of final dentures.

With these materials, dental and orthodontic laboratories can quickly produce 3D printed dentures with base and teeth using Carbon’s Digital Light Synthesis™ technology.
