Biofabrication 2016 Conference Sets Record Attendance

This year’s Biofabrication conference offered an innovative and comprehensive 3-day program emphasizing the latest in biofabrication methods, materials, and technologies, their impact on medicine and, ultimately, patients.
Aligned with the goals of ISBF, this year’s conference continued to emphasize the importance of the education and training of young investigators by promoting a variety of special scientific, social and networking activities crucial to shaping next-generation leaders in the field.
As a further point of interest, all major low cost bioprinter manufacturers – Cellink, BioBots and Rokit – were present, along with high-end bioprinter manufacturer RegenHU. A special industry sessions provided all participants up-to-date information on new tools and innovative products currently available for research. The next edition will take palce at Tsinghua University in Beijing, China, on October 29th to November 1st 2017.
