AM GLOBAL celebrating the official opening of the new THE AVIATION AM CENTRE, a venture launched with Bernhard Randerath, with the goal to bring turnkey Additive Manufacturing for Cabin Interiors to the Aviation Industry.
During the opening ceremony with the participation of His Excellency Ambassador to the UAE Peter Fischer, Dr. Hans Langer, Chairman of the Langer Group, Bernhard Randerath, Founder & Chairman of the Board, Markus Glasser, Senior Vice President Sales EMEA of EOS and Daniel Lichtenstein, Managing Director AM Global celebrated the occasion with an official ribbon cut. The Aviation AM Centre is supported by the newly founded German-Emirati Institute, which aims to build greater industrial collaboration between Germany and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The Aviation AM Centre’s mission is to provide full design, sustainable manufacturing and certification services for polymer parts and AM machines that meet European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and United States Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) standards.
The new venture focuses on the After Sales market for Cabin Interiors in Commercial Aviation, and also on OEM and Tier-1 customers from the ‘New Aviation’ industry (Urban Mobility, UAVs). Its offering goes beyond making parts – it includes offering complete solutions for customers to set up certified Aviation Cells in-house.
